The Granite Bath House

A small, sheltered bath house beside the main lodge.

Fiction

Hot water against the weather

Warm granite, hot water and a timber sauna against whatever weather Gabo sends your way. Move between the heated stone pool, cold plunge and sauna, then settle in with a robe while the island does the rest.

Built into a sheltered granite courtyard beside the main lodge, the Bath House is designed for cold mornings, windy afternoons and the sort of weather that makes going back into hot water seem like an excellent idea.

It is deliberately small. It is not a swimming pool complex: an old granite service courtyard, quietly adapted, with dark timber, brass lights and wet stone underfoot.

Fiction
